ESTRATÉGIAS DE EFETIVIDADE DO TELETRABALHO E DA DESMATERIALIZAÇÃO A PARTIR DA PERCEPÇÃO SOCIOAMBIENTAL

A comunicação é essencial para estabelecer estratégias de efetividade e sustentabilidade organizacionais, sendo primordial a implantação de programas de teletrabalho e de desmaterialização. Este artigo visa compreender a efetividade do processo eletrônico e do teletrabalho por meio do estudo da percepção dos shareholders e stakeholders. Analisou-se o consumo de papel entre 2009 a 2018 nas varas cíveis do TJPE; aplicou-se formulário eletrônico sobre desmaterialização e teletrabalho, analisado por Estatística Descritiva. Com o processo judicial eletrônico, verificou-se redução no consumo de papel. O teletrabalho é preferido pela maioria dos entrevistados. A TIC propicia a desmaterialização e o teletrabalho, reduzindo custos e aumentando a eficiência e a efetividade da Justiça.
