Juridificación de las subvenciones para la educación superior bajo la ley marcial

El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar las posibles formas de implementar subvenciones para la educación superior bajo el régimen legal de la ley marcial. El logro del objetivo planteado implica resolver problemas de investigación tales como identificar el marco legal para las actividades subvencionadas a nivel nacional y las características de la aplicación de la experiencia nacional e internacional. El marco metodológico del estudio abarcó métodos generales y especiales del conocimiento científico, incluyendo el método de observación científica, análisis-síntesis, métodos de procesamiento, comprensión e interpretación, método dialéctico, método lógico formal y método estructural-funcional. Los autores concluyeron que no existía un procedimiento estándar para implementar actividades de subvención en el campo de la educación superior. Es posible aumentar el efecto positivo de la atracción de entidades privadas al ámbito de la educación superior y su mejora si se respetan sistemáticamente enfoques centrados en el ser humano para otorgar actividades debidamente consagrados en la legislación.
