INOVAÇÃO ABERTA PARA SUSTENTABILIDADE: EVIDÊNCIAS DO CONTEXTO EMPRESARIAL BRASILEIRO

Objetivo: Compreender como grandes empresas podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento sustentável por meio da inovação aberta, alinhando suas ações corporativas aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS).
Design/Metodologia: Pesquisa qualitativa exploratória com estudo de três grandes empresas brasileiras, utilizando entrevistas e análise de relatórios de sustentabilidade.
Originalidade/Relevância: Propõe um framework que integra inovação aberta e os ODS, preenchendo lacuna sobre meios eficazes e inovadores para o alcance dos objetivos de sustentabilidade nas empresas.
Principais Resultados: O modelo proposto organiza-se em cinco níveis: aculturamento organizacional; definição e alinhamento de objetivos; seleção e orquestração de parcerias; implementação de ações; e mensuração de impacto. Evidencia como a inovação aberta pode operacionalizar iniciativas sustentáveis.
Contribuições Teóricas/Metodológicas: Oferece referência para estudos sobre inovação aberta aplicada à sustentabilidade, contribuindo para compreensão da integração entre objetivos corporativos e metas globais.
Contribuições Sociais/Gerenciais: Auxilia gestores na implementação de iniciativas sustentáveis e na conexão estratégica entre inovação aberta e ODS, promovendo valor social e ambiental.
