Abstract

With the theme "Beating the Crisis with Knowledge", the 2nd Academic Week of the CENT aimed to promote the integration of academics with researchers and professionals from the university and other institutions on current affairs in Science and the challenges in the professional market. aimed to continue and deepen the activities developed in the 1st Academic Week held in 2015, when several activities were developed that promoted interdisciplinarity between the various courses on the University Campus of the Region of Vineyards of the University of Caxias do Sul and other campuses of the University. We inform you that we had 46 works registered, distributed in technical sessions, Biology, and related areas, Design, Electronic Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Production, Mechanics, and Chemistry. Among other activities, there were lectures, workshops, presentations of scientific works, in addition to concomitant events such as Inova CARVI, the Toothpick Bridge Competition of Madeira, Rustic, Tchê-Linux, and the III Pedagogical Science Exhibition.
