A Expressividade da Capacidade de Inovar do Empreendedor no processo de Internacionalização

Resumo

Com a transformação digital impulsionando a competitividade empresarial, surge a necessidade das organizações conquistarem mercados internacionais. Nesse processo de internacionalização, há incidência de inúmeras dimensões a serem exploradas, dentre elas destaca-se a capacidade de inovar. Ao explorar teoricamente essa dimensão, identificou-se aspectos que auxiliam no processo de inovação e internacionalização, sendo a capacidade de internacionalizar, as capacidades técnicas e pessoais dos dirigentes, a estratégia organizacional, a evolução de produtos e mercados, a flexibilidade para reconhecer oportunidades, o gerenciamento de recursos, a tecnologia, e a vantagem competitiva das organizações. Com o intuito de desenvolver um estudo relacionando essa dimensão e tais aspectos, esta pesquisa tem por finalidade analisar a expressividade da capacidade de inovar dos dirigentes de um grupo de empresas especializadas em tecnologia digital, localizadas na região Nordeste do Brasil. Para isso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa que teve como método de coleta de dados entrevistas semiestruturadas e adotou-se a análise de conteúdo para examinar as informações obtidas. Como resultados, ao analisar a aplicabilidade desses aspectos nas empresas investigadas, evidenciou-se a incidência de quase todos elementos dessa dimensão, com exceção da estratégia organizacional, assim como evidenciou-se a participação expressiva dos dirigentes do planejamento à execução dos processos de inovação e internacionalização.
