Conceitos e aplicações do Banking 4.0:
revisão sistemática e proposta de agenda de pesquisa

Esta pesquisa analisa as particularidades dos conceitos e tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 (I4.0) para os serviços bancários/financeiros (Banking 4.0 – B4.0) por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura nas bases de dados Web of Science e Scopus. Especificamente pretende-se: (i) fornecer uma visão geral da literatura acerca das tecnologias do B4.0; (ii) propor um quadro de referência com as tecnologias do B4.0 e suas aplicações; (iii) apresentar uma agenda de pesquisa para o B4.0. Foi possível identificar 16 tecnologias do B4.0, a definição e aplicação destas. As pesquisas demonstram que o setor em estudo vem avançando na implementação de diversas tecnologias associadas a I4.0 e que estão agregando valor ao B4.0 no que tange a melhor experiência para o cliente, a redução de despesas e a otimização de processos e informações. A agenda de pesquisa foi pautada principalmente, na necessidade de avanços em estudos no setor associando a I4.0 e o B4.0 em diferentes contextos. A pesquisa contribui com a discussão e definição do B4.0 que ainda é escassa, como também, na detecção das novas tecnologias do B4.0 que podem ser aplicadas no setor financeiro e na proposição de uma agenda de pesquisa neste campo.
