CASO PARA ENSINO: “TRAÇANDO UMA NOVA HISTÓRIA”

Objetivo: O caso visa analisar os desafios e oportunidades enfrentados por imigrantes venezuelanos em Caxias do Sul, com foco na trajetória de Leila, ex-professora que busca reinserção no mercado de trabalho formal. O estudo propõe uma reflexão sobre políticas públicas de inclusão e estratégias sustentáveis de integração.
Design/ Método/ Abordagem: Trata-se de um caso de ensino qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório, baseado na análise da experiência real de uma imigrante venezuelana em contexto urbano brasileiro. Utiliza dados institucionais, entrevistas e observações para retratar o cenário de acolhimento e empregabilidade.
Originalidade/ Relevância: O caso é inédito por retratar a experiência de integração migratória em uma cidade média brasileira, com forte presença industrial. Destaca um dilema relevante entre inclusão imediata em empregos de baixa qualificação e o reconhecimento de competências e diplomas estrangeiros.
Principais Resultados/ Descobertas: Identificam-se obstáculos à validação de certificações estrangeiras, impactos na educação infantil dos filhos imigrantes e iniciativas locais de capacitação. O caso expõe a complexidade da governança migratória e a necessidade de políticas públicas de médio e longo prazo.
Contribuições/ Implicações Teóricas/ Metodológicas: Contribui com a literatura sobre migração, integração social, políticas públicas e capital social, apoiando-se em teorias de Bourdieu, Gordon e Geddes. Oferece suporte para análises comparadas de modelos locais de acolhimento e empregabilidade.
Contribuições Sociais/ Gerenciais: Estimula o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas inclusivas e práticas de gestão municipal voltadas à valorização de competências de imigrantes. Aponta caminhos para a criação de programas locais de revalidação de diplomas e inclusão produtiva.
