Abstract

This research aims to analyze the visitor's experience who visit the Sapucaia do Sul Zoo, State of Rio Grande do Sul [Brazil] regarding the environmental education activities developed. The methodology used in this work has a qualitative approach, of an exploratory nature, with data collection carried out through the application of a questionnaire with zoo visitors and observation. It can be concluded that, although the majority of participants agree with the Environmental Education practices implemented at the Zoo, they also highlight areas that require improvement. They point to the importance of improving both environmental education activities and the Park's infrastructure, aiming to provide a better educational experience and also provide opportunities for greater environmental awareness.
