Encontro de Pesquisa em Gastronomia - ENPEGASTRO 2022

Abstract

The Encontro de Pesquisa em Gastronomia (ENPEGASTRO) is an itinerant scientific event that welcomes and reinforces the multiple theoretical and methodological perspectives of Gastronomy research. In its third edition, the event counted 850 inscriptions from people all over the Brazilian territory and received 82 expanded abstracts, representing an increase of almost 20% in relation to the previous edition. Overall, 47 papers were approved and presented in seven Working Groups. Moreover, the hybrid schedule included four workshops, two workshops, four lectures and other social and scientific activities.
