Abstract

ICTs have increasingly contributed to the formation of collaborative networks between the different actors in the tourism sector. As intelligence emphasizes ICT-based tools, including the integration of intelligence for the co-creation of value, it can increase and improve the competitiveness of the destination, however, it is clear that scientific studies in this regard are in the process of growth. Thus, the present study aims to analyze the interrelationships between ICT and DTI. It is characterized as a theoretical essay based on descriptive and exploratory research. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative way, by means of in-depth analysis of the articles selected in the researched databases. It was noticed that the interrelationships between the ICT and the DTI occur from the conception of the DTI concepts, passing through the governance, until they become fundamental in the sharing of knowledge, both by the actors of tourism and by the tourists.
