Bu araştırma, gelişmekte olan ve orta gelirli ülkelerde vasıflı ve vasıfsız işgücünün turizm sektörü üzerindeki nüanslı etkisini kapsamlı bir panel veri analizi yoluyla araştırmaktadır. Ekonomik büyümenin itici gücü olarak turizm endüstrisinin önemini kabul eden çalışma, özellikle vasıflı ve vasıfsız işgücü bileşiminin sektörün dinamiklerine nasıl katkıda bulunduğunu ayırt etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma metodolojisi panel veri analizine dayanmaktadır. Bu, belirli bir süre boyunca bir dizi ülkeden veri toplamayı ve analiz etmeyi içerir. Bu yaklaşım, farklı ülkelerdeki turizm sektörünün farklı yönlerini karşılaştırmak ve analiz etmek için güçlü bir araç sağlar. Analiz, istihdam seviyeleri, üretkenlik ve ekonomik performans gibi temel değişkenleri vurgulamaktadır. Çalışma, ileri ekonometrik teknikler kullanarak, vasıflı ve vasıfsız işgücünün sektörün genel başarısına farklı katkılarını çözmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırmanın bulgularının politika yapıcılar, sektör paydaşları ve akademisyenler için değerli bilgiler sağlayacağını tahmin ediyoruz. Vasıflı ve vasıfsız işgücünün turizm sektörü üzerindeki farklı etkilerini anlamak, seçilen ülkelerde işgücü bileşimini optimize etmeyi, üretkenliği artırmayı ve sürdürülebilir ekonomik kalkınmayı teşvik etmeyi amaçlayan hedefli müdahaleleri ve stratejik girişimleri bilgilendirebilir. Bu bilgiler, belirli ülkelerin turizm endüstrisinde daha etkili politikalar geliştirmesini ve sektör için daha sağlam bir temel oluşturmasını sağlayabilir.
