About the Journal

The Journal of Environmental Law and Society (RDAS) is a open access scientific journal developed by the Postgraduate Program in Law (Master's/Doctorate) of the University of Caxias do Sul. RDAS is registered under ISSN 2237-0021 and is currently classified in the A3 Qualis stratum. The Journal is published twice a year and is indexed in several databases.

Submissions should be made on this page, where the next issues will be published.

Focus and Scope

The main theme of the Journal of Environmental Law and Society (RDAS) is Environmental Law and its interactions with other areas of knowledge. Its readers and contributors are academics, students and professors, as well as practical operators in related areas and the general public. Check out the Theme Tree in the About the Journal tab.

The articles in this will be published in the Ahead of Print format (Advanced Publication of Articles or Online First Publication).

This is a type of individual advance publication of articles that have already been approved and edited, carried out before the composition of the issues.

When all the articles are published, the corresponding issue is composed, including the editorial and DOI number.

In this way, the articles that are in the editing process will be published progressively on this page, until the edition is closed, which will occur by mid-2025.
