MAPEANDO A PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA INTERNACIONAL SOBRE INOVAÇÃO ABERTA | MAPPING THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION ABOUT OPEN INNOVATION

Esta pesquisa pretendeu mapear as características da produção científica internacional sobre inovação aberta. A partir de uma amostra de 1.468 artigos e reviews extraídos da base de conhecimento Scopus, foram realizadas análises dos indicadores bibliométricos e sociométricos (redes de coautoria, co-citação, acoplamento bibliográfico e co-ocorrência de palavras-chave). Os resultados indicam que (i) a pesquisa sobre open innovation é bastante dispersa e passa por um momento de estabilização, aspectos que sugerem o seu amadurecimento, ao passo que abrem oportunidade de novas correntes de pesquisa; (ii) a maioria dos autores prolíficos são vinculados a instituições de pesquisa europeias, principalmente na Itália; (iii) as abordagens proeminentes são os aspectos econômicos da inovação aberta pela perspectiva das empresas, a colaboração com usuários e comunidades e a consolidação teórico-conceitual da open innovation. Algumas limitações da pesquisa e oportunidades para novos estudos são discutidas.
