Analysis of protein-protein interaction networks correlated to Resistant Depressive Disorder

Depression affects many people, and sometimes treatment can be ineffective, characterizing drug resistance. The study of resistant depressive disorder has been increasing in recent years, but there are still gaps. By searching scientific articles, we sought to understand more about TDR. Using the StringDB platform, relationships were sought among some of the possible proteins that are related to resistant depressive disorder.
