There is no need to send a copyright assignment, since at the time of submission, the author agrees to the terms of the journal. The names and addresses provided in this journal will be used exclusively for the services provided by this publication and will not be made available for other purposes or to third parties. There will be no remuneration for the work and submission is free of charge. Approval of the texts implies immediate and free assignment of the publication rights to the Journal of Environmental Law and Society (RDAS), which will have exclusive rights to publish them first hand.
