Desenvolvimento de Materiais Compósitos Sustentáveis Utilizando Cascas de Amendoim: Caracterização Mecânica e Otimização de Dosagem

Resumo

Este estudo aborda os desafios ambientais globais por meio da reciclagem de resíduos agrícolas em materiais de construção sustentáveis. Investiga-se o uso de fibras de cascas de amendoim como reforço em argamassas, com foco na otimização de dosagens e avaliação do desempenho mecânico. Amostras de argamassa com 0,5%, 1% e 2% de fibras de cascas de amendoim foram testadas quanto à resistência à flexão e compressão. Os resultados indicam que baixas dosagens (0,5% –1%) aumentam significativamente a resistência à flexão, enquanto quantidades excessivas reduzem a eficácia. As descobertas destacam o potencial das fibras de cascas de amendoim como reforço sustentável, desde que sejam identificadas dosagens ótimas.
