Uma proposta de análise de processos gerenciais a partir dos princípios do sistema lean de produção: estudo de caso no setor de serviços

Este artigo descreve uma proposta de análise dos processos de empresas do segmento de serviços sob a perspectiva dos princípios da filosofia lean. Metodologicamente, o estudo se caracteriza como pesquisa-diagnóstico, operacionalizada por meio de um estudo de caso, tendo como unidade de análise empresas associadas da Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas (CDL) de uma cidade da região Sul do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Como principais resultados, foi possível identificar as práticas de produção lean adotadas pelas empresas analisadas e o alinhamento de tais práticas com a missão e valores dessas organizações.
